Your WizeForm dashboard: one place for all form data
Every submission received by every form connected to your WizeForm account appears in a single dashboard. There's no need for separate views or accounts per form — the built-in filter system lets you narrow to a specific form, a specific score tier, a date range, or a combination of all three in seconds.
Each row in the submission list shows the AI score badge, the submitter's name and email, a message preview, and the submission timestamp. The score badge makes the list scannable without reading individual submissions — you can identify all Hot submissions in a 50-row list at a glance just from the color distribution.
Clicking any row expands to the full submission detail: the complete AI-generated summary, all submitted field values, the score with the rationale the AI used to assign it, and submission metadata. This view gives you everything you need to respond intelligently without going back to your email inbox.
Filtering and searching the WizeForm submission list
The score filter is the most frequently used — clicking Hot shows only Hot submissions, dramatically shortening the list when volume is high. The form filter lets you isolate submissions from a specific page or campaign, which is particularly useful when you have multiple WizeForm-connected forms across different sites or landing pages.
The search bar runs a full-text search across all field values in every submission: name, email, company, message, and any custom fields your form captures. Searching for a company name or an email domain finds all submissions from that source across all dates and forms. This makes it practical to pull a complete contact history for a specific person or company.
Date range filtering lets you review submissions from a specific period — after a campaign launch, during a specific month, or between two arbitrary dates. Combined with the score filter, you can pull 'all Hot submissions from last month's campaign' in a couple of clicks. CSV export is available for any filtered view, including all field values and the AI score.
Managing submission status in WizeForm
WizeForm submissions have three status states: unread, archived, and spam. Unread is the default for every new submission. Once you've reviewed a submission and taken action, mark it as archived — it disappears from the main list but remains accessible from the archived view. This keeps your active inbox focused on submissions that still require attention.
Spam status is for submissions that passed WizeForm's automatic filters but are clearly not legitimate. Marking a submission as spam removes it from the main list, routes it to the spam queue, and feeds the classification back to WizeForm's AI model to improve future filtering accuracy for your access key specifically.
Bulk actions let you archive or delete multiple submissions simultaneously. For teams doing weekly triage, the workflow is to filter to Hot, process those first, then work through Warm, then bulk-archive the Cold queue. WizeForm's status system is designed to support this kind of structured processing without any external tools.
