Acceptance of terms

By creating a WizeForm account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use WizeForm.

Description of service

WizeForm provides a form submission backend that receives HTML form data, stores it, and optionally scores and summarizes submissions using AI. The free tier allows up to 500 submissions per month.

Acceptable use

You may not use WizeForm to collect illegal data, send spam, conduct phishing, or violate any applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring your forms comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Access keys

Your access key is a secret credential. Do not expose it in public repositories or client-side code without appropriate restrictions. You are responsible for all submissions made using your key.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. WizeForm is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost submissions or downtime.

Intellectual property

WizeForm and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WizeForm and protected by intellectual property laws. Your form submission data remains yours.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WizeForm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
