Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address. When form submissions are sent through WizeForm, we store the field data (name, email, message, and any custom fields) along with metadata such as timestamp and IP address for spam prevention.

How we use your information

Your email is used to send magic-link sign-in emails and form submission notifications. Submission data is processed by an AI model (Claude by Anthropic) solely to generate a lead score and summary. We do not sell your data or submission data to third parties.

Data retention

Submission data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual submissions from your dashboard at any time. Deleting your account removes all associated data within 30 days.

Third-party services

We use Resend for transactional email delivery, Neon for database hosting, Stripe for payment processing, and Anthropic's Claude API for AI scoring. Each service processes only the minimum data necessary for their function.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie for authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access keys are hashed before storage. We follow industry-standard security practices and review them regularly.
